Cheese Blintzes

1 hour Ingredients:
CREPES
1 cup water
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 cups flour
salt
margarine
CHEESE FILLING
1 lb. Farmer cheese
1/2 lb. cream cheese
2 eggs
3 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. vanilla
Directions:
Grease 9 inch skillet with margarine. Pour batter in skillet, swish around and pour excess out. It is done when the ends curl and it is dry. Turn onto plate. Repeat until batter is used up. For filling: Combine remaining ingredients. Put a tablespoon of batter in center of each crepe and fold to make a packet. Cook blintzes in skillet with margarine until browned.
